I decided to help young moms and went to the production of baby food "Fruntyan" in Lipetsk. We explain why the milk is stored for six months, and "Frutonian" can be bought without feet.

Juices, mashed potatoes, kishki and other products under the Frutonian brand make in the progress plant in the city of Lipetsk. Less than a year ago, a dairy plant was launched here, where curds are produced, yogurts, fermented milk products "bioolk", liquid kishkas and dairy cocktails. On the one hand, everything seems elementary. They took milk, crushed the fruit, poured into the box and sent to the store shelves. Not there was something. For the progress plant, milk brings three different complexes. On one of them we visited. It is located in the Lipetsk region. His construction was launched last year. Now the farm contains 1100 milk cows, 450 nonsense (cows that have not yet been giving birth) and young calves. According to the staff of the complex, the cow here is the main and everything spins around it. Animals live in large cows. These are long hangars, where there is everything you need - feed, water, laying. Cows do not hold in the stall. They live on the European "dust-free content." Freely walk along the barn, but they do not go to the pasture. It is not profitable.

Convenient conditions for cows are thought out to the smallest detail. For example, the lighting should be 200 lux. A person must calmly read in the Corobnik newspaper. Another interesting fact: animals comfortable at a temperature of minus 5-10 degrees. Therefore, in the winter in the barn, only one of the corter is lowered. The second opens to the air. If strong frosts hit, then the entire gate will be closed. The summer heat here includes fans. Cattle twice a day with a monocorme with the addition of the necessary mineral substances.

It is important to take care of cleanliness. The health of animals, and the quality, safety of milk depends on it. The barn on the farm is cleaned 45 times a day. We do not climb so much for the month. Employees are joking: if you want to hide from flies, come here. Insects are afraid of such purity.

Each cow here is registered. In the electronic bases, everything is marked: when it was born, when she got away how much milk gave on what day whether the vaccination was made and so on. Animals have their own "family" Doctor and the maternity branch. There is a kindergarten here. Veal, where kids live. It smells like a pair of delicious milk. During the day, the complex will dismiss the plant "Progress" of 20 tons of milk. Scale here are colossal. In the Soviet Union, the militant was given the Order of the "Veteran Labor" for 5,000 liters of milk. And now the cow only in one period of lactation gives 9,000 liters. They are milked 3 times a day with special machines. Then the milk is cooled and shipped to milkosos. And the journey just begins.

The progress plant is equipped with the latest technology and not in vain the so-called. Farming workshops and silver pipes fascinate. In the same workshop there is another important department. Washing - a guarantee of high quality. After each production process, all objects are automatically washed with alkali solutions, acid and disinfection is carried out. No contamination can stay.
