Before a party, you can enjoy a cocktail vodka + tonic or a cup of natural coffee. This activates the work of the liver. Almost all deaths of alcohol poisoning are associated with abundant snack. It must be low-fat, easily-friendly. On the day of the holiday (and preferably the day before), give up pork, lamb, sausages, mushrooms, legumes, barn, homemade gessa and ducks. Overhead of abundant protein food does not have time to be processed, and rotting processes begin in the intestines, which increases the severity of poisoning.
