It was still in the 70s of the XIX century, when the English community, quite scorched by the time, decided that the place was needed for worship services. True, after the revolution, the church, like many others, was simply just closed, then they were converted to the warehouse, and even later they were given to the famous firm of gramzapsy "Melody". Thanks to the amazing acoustics, there were many plates here, well, and now there are concerts in the cathedral from time to time.
