England: Anglican Church of St. Andrew
Do not believe: a place that is very similar to England, built the British. It was still in the 70s of the XIX century, when the English community, quite scorched by the time, decided that the place was needed for worship services. The temple was erected by the project of the English architect Richard Nile Freeman. True, after the revolution, the church, like many others, was simply just closed, then they were converted to the warehouse, and even later they were given to the famous firm of gramzapsy "Melody". Thanks to the amazing acoustics, there were many plates here, well, and now there are concerts in the cathedral from time to time.
Again, England: Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary
Architect Tomash Dvarzhatsky, thanks to which you can admire this cathedral, in turn, was inspired by the two most famous works of Gothic architecture - Duomo in Milan and Westminster Abbey. The construction itself lasted ten years, and then almost the same amount needed on internal finishing works. "Raisin" of the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary is one of the largest organs in Russia. It is possible to listen to him during the concerts that are arranged from time to time in the cathedral.
Japan: Little Asia Market in Kurkino
This piece of Japan appeared in Kurkino thanks to local residents: they were offered to vote, in what style they would like to see a new market, and they unanimously chose Japan. Options were still: "India", "Crimea", "merchant", "France". Now, however, only one pavilion is opened from the whole of "Little Asia", and access to other buildings is blocked, but for a photo shoot you can find a corner
France: Manor Kuskovo
The former estate of Circa Sheremetyev is called Moscow Versailles. And so it was since the founding of Kuskovo. In 1770 - 1780 (the years of heyday) of the manor, the holidays were arranged here, which were going to 30 thousand guests. Including the eminent - Catherine II, the Polish king S. Pokadovsky, Austrian Emperor Iosif II.
China: Tea Store on Meat
This building was built in 1890 by the merchant Sergey Perlov. Then the visit of the Chinese delegation to the coronation of King Nicholas II was expected, so the tea house was stylized under the Chinese style.
