The director is a person who has a firm character, even tough places, but at the same time, well-versed in psychology, to find an approach to different people. And most importantly - continuous improvement of the professional level. The director implies the full return to the work that for a woman, of course, is much more complicated than for a man.

Regulatory vocabulary, naturally, not enough. But the result was not forced to wait - the team was instantly mobilized, and we all had time. And I always after the end of the shift praise my group, because they are well done!
