- Irina, how came out, what did you go to the World Hockey Championship?
- For two reasons: I went to Finland as an ambassador to the Russian house to support our fans and as a soloist of the Reflex group to perform in front of the guests. We had an excellent concert. True, hockey players have a very hard schedule, and at 11 pm, when our speech was planned, they had to be resting. But the coach went to meet and let go of the guys, the Yary fans of our group. Alexander Radulov and several other players still came and listened to a couple of songs. The next day, they thanked us for the performance and for the fact that I congratulated the guys from the scene with a brilliant game. We were at this match Russia-USA, which ended with a score of 5: 3.
- Do you like hockey?
- I generally love sports, but hockey and football is especially close to me.
- Until the past championship, have you ever been to matches?
- Yes, in Moscow, I often go. Impressions from the game are always very bright. Although when I recorded an album in America, I went to the game NHL "Anaheim" and "Washington", for which Alexander Ovechkin appeared. We traveled to Anaheim, where there is a wonderful stadium. But the American hockey did not make a big impression on me. It seemed to me that the game was sluggish and not like here, at the World Cup.
- What mood was in Helsinki?
- Before that, I have never been to Finland's capital, so the trip turned out to be very saturated. I spent my first day in the Russian house and supported our fans. Everyone had a raised mood, everyone anticipated the upcoming game. A huge number of attributes and souvenirs was sold. People were dressed very brightly. I, too, immediately put a hockey shirt and cap, bought the Russian flag, scored gifts to relatives.

- Indeed, it captures. I love to listen to the reaction of fans, their shouts. Sometimes it is very funny, sometimes - as a real popular folklore - with incomparable speech delights. In general, the level of Russian fans has grown noticeably. Our very nicely sang, the cries were creative, it can be seen that they were specifically composed. Drunky practically did not see. As they say, the audience was sane.
- You were only in the group stage?
- Yes, three days. I managed to visit only two matches: Russia-USA (5: 3) and Germany-Russia (1: 4). I remember, we had to be gathered home, and I said in the hearts that my shower hurts for our guys, I'm afraid to leave them. And when they returned to Moscow, unfortunately, they began to learn disappointing news. In those days when we were present, the guys had a wonderful mood. Of course, we saw how after the game they walked very tired. I even shy to approach and congratulate Ilya Kovalchuk, although we are well acquainted. I understand them, I often have such a state of fatigue after the concert. But I still got courage and went to Ilya, congratulated him, we took pictures. And what happened at the end of the tournament, I think everyone saw on TV: the guys were upset, engaged in self-vacation.
- How did you make friends with Kovalchuk?
- Accidentally. It was nine years ago during the shooting of the clip on the song "Non-Stop", in which Dmitry Bulykin and Sergey Ovchinnikov participated. The guys just appeared on the set. Ilya Kovalchuk arrived with his friend, as it turned out, they were fans of the Reflex Group. And then I did not even know who it was. And they explained to me that this is a talented hockey player Ilya Kovalchuk and just a stunning, very good guy. They looked at the shooting, invited us to the club, but we refused, because they did not finish working. But still it was very nice.
Irina Nelson has long been friends with Ilya Kovalchuk hockey player. .
- Ilya never reproached you that you did not remove the clip with his participation?
"I think he has no time to do it." The guys have such a load such that they are neither what. Imagine, almost the whole country has already looked at the new film about Valery Harlamov, and they even go to the cinema. They told that the negotiations were at the highest level to make an exception and write a good copy of the film to view hockey players. So the sports stars are difficult with time. - One day I managed to relax in the countryside: there is a beautiful forest, a lake and silence, which only the singing of birds is disturbing. Before that, I did not rest for a very long time, and then I decided to suspend my rapid rhythm of life in the Northern Northern nature. And in one day I managed to recover. And then I returned to Helsinki again, we walked a lot around the city, looked at the Mumi Troll shop. It turns out that the brand of fabulous mummy is carefully guarded. We downloaded it for a long time until they came across the company store - the only place in the city where toys and souvenirs are sold with the image of the favorite heroes of Tuva Janson. I really liked the architecture of Helsinki, we also saw a monument to Alexander the second. Impressed the calm of the Finns, and also how they appreciate the sun, which pleases them not so often.
