Imagine that you hear my voice during practice, and I will try to attach as much energy as possible in these words of meditation, so that your most cherished desire is fulfilled. This is an infra-yoga practice when the maximum body relaxation is achieved.

So we begin.

Lie on your back, turn on soft, quiet music. Turn off all the phones and ask no one to have bothered you about 15-20 minutes.

Make a deep breath and slow, calm exhale. Take a breath and exhale again. Repeat one more time. With each breath and exhalation you are more and more relax.

Create intention, think about your specific desire. Feel that your desire is in your third eye. Slash your desire clearly and confidently about yourself. For example: "I am very happy in marriage," or: "I am happily moving to a new apartment." As the body relaxes, try to cause pleasant emotions related to the execution of your desire. Here is your desire performed. How would you feel? Probably, you would have a happy smile on my face, the shoulders would straighten up, the eyes would burn with joyful fire. Imagine, now your desire is fulfilled. Smile, call those sensations and emotions that would be with you if your desire was fulfilled.

And now we continue to relax.

In the breath breathe golden light. In exhalation, exhale fatigue, sadness, resentment. In the breath breathe light. In exhalation, I exhale the gray. Gradually, we achieve such a state as in the breath, and in exhalation, we realize only the light, beauty, calm, peace, love.

With the help of this light, we begin to dive even deeper into relaxation of the body. Relaxed face, forehead, cheeks. Relaxed eyes, lips, jaws, ears. Relaxed language. Relaxed neck. Relaxed back. The light bulb reaches the right shoulder, relaxing it. Relaxed right hand to elbow, relaxes right hand to wrist. Relaxed the whole brush. Big finger right hand. Index finger, medium, unnamed, little finger. And the light bulb moves to the left hand. Relaxed shoulder, forearm, elbow, brush. Relaxing palm of the left hand and the back of the palm. Relaxed thumb, index, medium, unnamed, little finger. Hands are completely relaxed.

A small ball of light moves into the chest area, relaxing all internal organs, muscles, ligaments. Relaxed lungs, heart, stomach. Relaxed all stomach. All small pelvis organs are relaxed. Relaxed buttocks. Relaxed hips.

The light bulb moves to the right leg. Relaxed the right thigh, knee, shin. Relaxing the ankle of the right leg. Relaxing stops, top of the foot. Large finger of the right leg, second, middle, fourth, little finger, are relaxing. The whole leg is relaxed.

The light bulb moves to the left foot. Relaxed the thigh, the inner and outer surface of the hip. Relaxed knee and shin. Relaxing the ankle, left stop, top of the foot. Large finger of the left leg, the second, third, fourth, little finger, are relaxing. The whole left leg is completely relaxed, like the whole body.

The light ball moves to your Sakhasrara and disappears in heaven. And you learn, not feeling your body and more and more deeply plunging into bliss, nun, enjoyment. Now the process of real magic itself begins. You become a feathelter flying in the wind. You lose the feeling of your body, all you hear is a quiet music or your voice on the voice recorder.

Now I ask you to repeat your desire again. Clearly and specifically, being in a state of absolute rest and relax. Repeat this desire three times. Then it is better in writing in your subconscious.

And we continue our journey through the wonderful worlds. Imagine that we are flying with the speed of an excellent soaring bird. You see the blue ocean. Dolphins frolic in the waves. You see huge turtles. Whales swim in the ocean waves. Huge mountains stand on your way. You see the sun, which is reflected in shiny waves. And now you fly through the desert. Colorful vegans, walking caravan, hot sun. MiG, and you fly over the Eternal Ice Antarctica. Penguins, huge beautiful ice.

And again, tell about myself my desire. You probably noticed that every time your desire is becoming more and more clear and concrete. You feel that there is nothing impossible, and get a deep confidence that your desire is fulfilled.

All right. You are making a deep breath and exhalation. Do not rise immediately, smile yourself, stretch. You worked well until your body was in a state of ballast, peace and relaxation.
