From each foreign trip, Dmitry Alexandrovich tries to bring some souvenir for memory. In his opinion, the house should be collected from such a cute heart of things and memories. Dmitry Alexandrovich, what did you like this place and how long have you been living here?
Dmitry Bertman: "Yes, seventeen years ... You know, Alexander Blok lived in this house, but I found out later. I was looking for some kind of accommodation in the center, closer to the theater. My grandmother died, leaving me a little Khrushchev in the "River Station". And I had my own odnushka in the "Park of Culture". I sold both apartments and began to consider options. In general, the main motivation was the confectionery store nearby - I love sweet. Severed people, converted a four-room apartment in the treache and made repairs. For seventeen years, there has changed little here, only the walls crawled. This kitchen headset, by the way, domestic production, but still looks like a new one. "
Probably, this is because you are on tour all the time. The interior was engaged in designers?
Dmitry: "No. There worked the Ukrainians builders, which I myself painted and drew. I had to increase the area of the kitchen - she was tiny, I wanted a spacious living room, the library where all my books could be placed. All this I got and feel very convenient in my house. "

Dmitry: "Yes, pre-revolutionary, and after the war, another three floors erected. Then we worked on conscience. The structure is good, good, thick walls, high ceilings. I like. And I bought it at the daughter of this lady. It was a huge black piano, very beautiful, I tried to deal with it, but nothing worked. There was a simple mechanic (professionals understand).
