You will need:

chanterelles - 600 g,

meat broth - 1.5 l,

Potatoes - 4 small tubers,

carrot - 1 pc.,

Onions - 1 small or half of a large bulb,

So, 600 g of mushrooms fill with water (or meat broth), salt, cook for 15 minutes. During this time, fry on a small fire of a shallow cut onions and carrots, grated on a large grater.
