Do you recognize yourself or someone from friends? .. Unfortunately, I can say from the practice that the examples given are quite common. And each of them shows that the work on image did not take place. Image is a holistic picture, a state, self-expression. The congruent image is the continuation of us, our self-esteem and love for yourself, which, like a lot, is truly manifested, again, in detail.

If you have accounted for several successful sets for specific situations and wear them as a mask - this is not a change of image. This is only mimicry, game. As soon as the situation is slightly distinguishes from the standard scenario, which you were calculated, from under the tight poorly fitted shell seem true you. And you real quite have the right to love cozy things and hate "hairpins", prefer more relaxed style and certain colors. According to the results of the analysis of these data, you have the most interesting and difficult: search for compromises that will satisfy you, and others, important for you for various reasons (relatives, loved ones, boss ...).

Separately also pay attention to the consideration of stressful or simply unusual situations. These may include: a sharp change of weather, illness, travel, hike to a new place for you (for example, to open the exhibition), emergency fees on the road, important negotiations, acquaintance with your men, official events, and so on. What will you do if you get into every one of them? What do you wear and take with you? If you are pulling into the former outer "comfort zone", then you work this point: analyze that you are still inhabit and abused in our new image and in his psychological filling. Why did not the internal changes occurred?

There is another good "Lacmus paper" - the situation of the "increased demand for comfort", as I call them. For example: home furnishings, walks with a child, trips for the city ... You still strive to put on something old, "What is not a pity"? Then about self-esteem, alas, it is too early to say. And it means, it is necessary to start from work in this direction, and only then change the external image.

Ideally, each your thing should be a continuation of you. It must be selected in accordance with the specific situation, be functional and aesthetically acceptable. Only when you can say so about all your skarb and clothes, you will be able to congratulate yourself: the congruent image has developed!
