- In different periods of life, I had my own technique and my sport. In the 90s I ran, I trained on the courts, was engaged in kickboxing. Then I got carried away by Bodybuilding, I got to the weight of 115 kg (I mean my own physique), and I did a bar of 200 kg with a working weighing. That is, I was in very good physical form. Now - and jumping in the water played a considerable role in this - I am engaged in cross-fit. This is an American system that is what I make five stations. First, tighten 10 times, then running to push on the bars 20 times, then quit 20-30 times, then I throw a gircuit, then I come back to push ups again, but already from the floor.
