The speed of reading and memorizing information directly affects our life. The faster we "swallow" books, the more qualified and erudite becomes that it helps to promote the career ladder and the institution of new acquaintances. True, many people admit that the speed of their reading leaves much to be desired - it was for them that we have prepared a couple of training exercises.
Instead of one triple
One of the principles of quick reading is that you need to capture more than one word during reading the book. Practice to learn not to read, but to peel the text - you should not have time to switch between the characters, but only to assimilate the information they give them. Take the book and put a timer for 3 minutes: Read during this time as a larger passage. Then 2 minutes and 1 minute: you must have time to reach the same place as for the first time.

You need to learn to read with the help of an index finger so that your eyes are automatically watched him and have not returned to the text already read. It is convenient to do it only on paper - the e-book does not allow you to freely move your finger across the screen. Get used to use your finger: take the book and open it on any fragment. Put your finger at the beginning of the line and move along it to the end, then say out loud "times" - this movement should take no more than a second. Repeat the exercise for 5 minutes until the motion becomes smooth and automatic.

Take the book and check out one minute for which you need to read an arbitrary excerpt of the text. Write down everything you remember for this minute. Read the same passage again, trying to focus on other information - add it already written text. Last time, read the text and write other details. You will be surprised how much you can see with each read text.
