However, so that the testimony is really in Russia, this English version must be translated into Russian and put the seal in the consular department of the Russian Embassy in Thailand. But for this, it is necessary to go to Bangkok - by mail, such a document is not issued. What of course terribly uncomfortable. After all, Phuket is at a distance of 900 kilometers - no neighbor, let's say straight. I saw a lot of Russian girls on the island, who are sitting here and do not even appear how to receive documents on their children. One husband threw a pregnant woman in Thailand, the other broke up with his spouse immediately after the birth of a child. Alone drags with a newborn behind the right papers in Bangkok - the task is unreal. So they are waiting for their siblings to grow a little. And with a longing in his voice, they say that, for example, the American embassy periodically suits the departure of its employees in different corners of Thailand - just for the US citizens, which are not very convenient to go to Bangkok, could solve all questions on the spot.

But Russians have their own pride. Therefore, we need not only to go to Bangkok themselves, but also back to dip in the usual Russian bureaucracy.
