- Anfisa, you debuted into a movie, in the film Boris Grachevsky "Roof", when you were eleven years old. What was the next day after the premiere?
"I can't say exactly what happened right after the premiere, but soon after it I started riding the festivals and, of course, I ratified a star." All this could not be dismissed on my children's unstable psyche. It seemed to me that I was just Yarilo, the Sun God. (Laughs.) It was so childish funny, and this star was so kind, so small. (Laughs.) Then, of course, I realized that it was just one role, what star me? And he continued to work on himself.
- Boris Grachevsky helped in the future professional promotion of one of his main characters?
- I adore Boris Yurevich. After we removed the film "Roof", I played several times in "Yelash", but to say that he was somehow promoted me - no, there was no such thing. He gave me a cool start, let me try myself in this profession, and then I did everything herself.

- And how do you feel about yourself?
- I love himself very much. And, it seems to me, I do it very correctly, because to love myself - does not mean feeling the best. Love for yourself - she is in Mushtra, and in the whip, and in gingerbread. Love for yourself is not to lie on the sofa, but stand up and overcome your comfort zone, go beyond her, what I do regularly. Therefore, I treat yourself respectful. I try to keep track of everything that happens to me; Unfortunately, it is not always possible to be in silence and deeply hear himself, because I live in a wild rhythm, but in principle, I am very attentive to myself, often engaged in self-confidence. Maybe it's good, maybe bad, we will find out later.
- How do you care for yourself in the spiritual and physical sense?
- First, I try to protect myself from destructive moments in every way. If I feel that I fall into some incomprehensible states, I'm trying to understand what it is connected with, and stop, that is, turn off the power from some negative moments. If I can not do this, I'm trying to figure out why these negative moments are given to me, somehow work them out so that they turn into positive. In a spiritual sense, I meditate, I pray and try with love to treat everything that happens in my life. In a physical sense, I do yoga, sports, and I like to eat right. I love a simple natural meal, I do not like chemistry, soda, fast food. Well, that is, I love it, but I eat oh-oh very rare.

- What atmosphere did you grow up?
- The atmosphere of my childhood was quite interesting. Let's start with the fact that everyone loved me madly. My parents were divorced almost from my childhood, so my mother and dad loved me apart. Since they are completely different people, I received experience from one, and from another parent, and these experiments were fundamentally different. But at the same time I am grateful and the Father, and the mother for all the things they gave me - I got completely different tools, different points of view, different views on life. It must be said that the love of parents and grandmothers was not blind, but very wise, that is, I did not allow to do everything I want, as it sometimes happens to children. I was guided and almost always allowed to notice, make mistakes so that I studied for them, but at the same time looked after me, observed from the part. Even when I entered the conscious age, all my mistakes, I, in fact, destroyed myself, no one had ever ran for me, did not solve my problems. And now I am very grateful for it.
- What did your parents vaccinate?
"My father always tried to invest more than necessary, she laid out some kind of burst on me. I told me about different human situations with which I have not come across, but when I collided with that, I was already ready for them. Mom is very punctual, very responsible, knows how to communicate well with people. She probably gave me a feeling that each person you can find an approach, and instigated me respect for people.

- One of the brightest role in the film "Geographer Globe Propil". What was the atmosphere on the set?
- For me, everything connected with this film is a stunning period in life. It was difficult because we shot in very hard weather conditions, did not sleep, constantly were in the mountains, hungry, cold, in the rain. But at the same time it was really some kind of magic, because the director Alexander Veledinsky, I immeumably love him, a big master in working with artists. How metaphorically he knows how to explain the tasks! Not in the frontal: You do it, you have such circumstances, you have such a task. Sometimes in order to enter the scene, he could take me to the forest and just look with me on the trees. This is, of course, fiction, and it was very interesting.
- Your heroine in the plot is in love with the main character performed by Konstantin Khabensky. And in life, the actor sympathized you? Did you like him like a person?
- It seems to me that Konstantin Yuryevich cannot but sympathize. And it is impossible not to fall in love. Of course, I can not say that it was love in a man. But I am absolutely in love with him as in the artist, as in a person, as in a professional. The more I work in the profession, the more I am convinced that the star that burns in the forehead, all the time it will be shifted, requires constant attention, pulls the blanket. But the steeper the artist, that is, the one who has a star in the shower, in the heart, the more modest and humane. And the Horon and Ego are mostly swept away from those who can be shuffled, but not deep.

- Director Alexander Vydensky invited you to his new project "In the Cape Town Port". This time there were difficulties?
- I had to play with South African actors. And I, of course, was very worried, besides what we played in English, I was very exciting - what are they? Because with the actors of our school, we will somehow find a common language, and when you go to the other end of the world, you have a lot of assumptions about what people will be with you on the site. But they turned out to be absolutely adequate, normal and seem to have heard each other and understood. But, despite all the excitement, I, of course, immediately agreed to work with the Vyedensky. It is a great happiness, and for me a huge honor, moreover, the responsibility that a person perceives me as his muse, from the project to the project works with me, for me it is, of course, very, very important.
