"While I studied at school, my father came twice a year with a tour of home squeezed as a lemon. And every time I asked the tired voice: "Nikita, how old are you?" I answered: "Sixteen". - "How long do you still have to study?" - "Two years". He sighed heavily, and a month later he went on tour again. And this story was repeated until I was eighteen. "How?! - Dad was fixed, "So you finish school and can we do a new repertoire under you?" "Yes," I replied. He immediately jumped up, began to call someone, negotiate a trip. But after a couple of weeks, the announcement of the newspaper appeared. So for him my decision to go to Moscow was not the most pleasant surprise. It can be understood, the events at that turning point developed too rapidly. And Mom Tihonechko said: "Fork-spoons, bed linen and books are already in a suitcase, after a half hours a train." We were almost late for departure. Just threw my things in the car, kissed themselves. - And the train moved. There was a crowd of seekers - relatives, teachers, classmates with posters. And we, those who passed the selection of Tabakov, adopted to the windows. The train was moved, and it seemed to have eighteen years of my life on the platform. For the first months, three studies in Moscow I lost twenty kilograms. From a sharp change of lifestyle, long distances and hyper-saturated graph. Parents arrived in Moscow in two months and were shocked: I have a home boy who did not know what household difficulties, a completely different life began. Studying for fourteen hours, without days off, there was almost no time for sleep. No one washed me, did not cook - I did not know anything else.

We so sweated at the "kitchen", which still cannot "dig" from each other.
- But the love of good kitchen did you have before this project?
- I have a special relationship with meals. There was a long time when we got acquainted with the life of restaurants - and I visited the huge number of kitchens in Provence, Paris, Berlin, Krasnodar, Yekaterinburg, Tomsk ... In general, we spook where only there was an opportunity. As with any newcomer, I sometimes wanted to shine with knowledge: "In my opinion, there are not enough cinnamon in this bland!" But I know another side of the restaurant life, so I prefer to eat at home. There I understand how and from what my dinner is cooked.
