- You have announced your pregnancy at a fairly long time. Would you like to leave all this secret as long as possible?
- I learned that I was pregnant, shortly before the birthday of Maxim (Maxim Trankov - spouse, - approx. Aut.) And then he already participated in the "Ice period". Therefore, in the early deadlines there was no interest and make sense to announce this news. Zhenya, my project partner was very responsible for skating and to our security, so I didn't even say him. Rolled and silent. But I was already under the supervision of the doctor and agreed with it all the loads. Of course, if we reached the project final, would declare about their position within the show on the whole country. But since we left in the middle of the show, it was no longer no sense - I was no longer under the sight of the cameras. But already closer to the new year it became difficult to hide enough, I had many events in my center of figure skating: fees, chat with children, parents. And I saw a view of the misunderstanding: yes or not. And with Maxim decided that it was probably to declare our joyful event.
- Do you already have a love daughter than the second pregnancy differs from the first in your case?
- I immediately realized that this pregnancy would be another - women feel it. And although Lika and Maxim really wanted a girl, I was almost immediately sure that this is a boy. And then confirmed his guesses. During pregnancy, there was no large amount of work. And now - very active regime, on the first trimester was the "Ice Age", in January - fees in my center of figure skating. Everything is much harder to me this time. I want to be lazy, but there is no such possibility. So I try to rest. Very glad that it turned out to go to the New Year holidays in Sochi - there and warmer, and with the face there was something to do.

- How was preparing for the first birth five years ago, as the second? Is there a fundamental difference?
- I am observed at the same specialist as in the first pregnancy. I feel comfortable with her, she knows the features of my lifestyle and my body. The first births were sufficiently unexpected - I was put on the end of February, and the Lika was born on the 16th. But I came to the hospital in advance, so everything went comfortably and in safe hands.
The second childbirth, I hope, will be the same. Unfortunately, the midwife who took my first birth, left Moscow, and I would like to give birth here. So I turn to another specialist, I want to be a woman. It will be interesting: the girl acted a man, and the boy is a woman.
- Many women are afraid to lead an active life during pregnancy, for this reason, then it is difficult for them to recover and come into shape. How are you doing with this?
- As I said, both pregnancies have passed quite actively. With a face, I was on skates until recent months and quickly returned later into the form. We already had an ice show Ilya Averbukh, so after two and a half months after giving birth, I went out on the ice. Now I wanted more relaxed pregnancy, but the working mode does not allow: work in the center, many new people, meetings. Plus, of course, I continue to play sports. And this is probably my secret of rapid restoration - to remain an active period of pregnancy. Try not to relax, keep the body in a tone, then the period of recovery after delivery will be shorter and more comfortable. But I understand that everyone has this process individual.

- Let yourself be capricious during pregnancy?
- Maxim says that I am in this pregnancy more capar. These are not some strange requests, just often come mood swings. I understand that these are hormones, and therefore I try to stop myself at such moments, I say that you need to look at the situation adequate.
- How does your spouse Maxim react to this?
- Maxim is just quietly relate to everything that during the first pregnancy, because it already understands the processes. Of course, I think that some of my words or actions would react otherwise, do not be pregnant. But I, and he understand that they are most likely caused by my position, so they quickly calm down. In general, he supports me very much and cares.
- What is the family for you?
- This is the most important thing in life - the circle of people where you are taken care of, where you understand and support. In my understanding, the family is that, for which it is worth living, what to devote yourself to: for the sake of children, for the sake of a partner. I was so raised, and I try to adhere to these traditions. When I look at grandparents who go beyond the handle, I want to touch the old age as touching the old age with Max. Together, by hand, in love and understanding.

- How to raise your daughter? What in priority?
- Of course, I read a lot of literature, but mainly guided by intuition and experienced your grandmothers. Now children are very advanced: gadgets, courses, different "developments", sports sections. And it is necessary to keep up with them. And most importantly, I understood how to communicate with a face and with children from my center: you need to talk to children, be able to explain, interest, listen to them. After all, now so much information, the child perceives it, but sometimes it does not have time to critically comprehend. And our task as adults is to help them in this.
- Do relatives help, or are you nanny?
"Only grandmothers helped us with a face with a face, but with the second child, I think you will have to take a nanny. First, I want my grandmothers to rested and come to grandchildren just for communication. Secondly, with Maxim, we still plan to actively work, train, ride, so without help you can not do. I am wary of the appearance of a nanny in our family, but I begin to teach myself to the thought that without it can not do. Moreover, in Moscow, and in Sochi, we already had women on whom we can rely. We will discuss with them further work.
- Are you a hostess? That, which will be removed, and the slab will stand, and folds?
- I love to do the economy, but not when you have a huge house. Therefore, I have an assistant who helps a little with it. So we can say that by virtue of employment, I passed this position. But I am happy to stand at the slab, I cook breakfast or family dinners. I love to engage in our site - although it is more than the accuracy of Maxim.

- What is the main thing, in your opinion, for a young mother?
- Do not panic in any situation. When you already have a child, you gain experience with him. In the first pregnancy, I was very worried about any reason, but now more calm. And this calm helps in moments of difficulties and problems. You do not run and do not read the first information on the Internet, but communicate with specialists, consult, you find an optimal solution. So the chief advice is not to panic.
- What in the future did you schedule yourself after giving birth?
- The date of birth was set at the beginning of June, and in July and August we had already fees of my center in Sochi, so we will go there. Again, it will be necessary to quickly return to the form. Of course, there are certain plans, but it is possible that everything will turn over, now nothing can be made.
- What see yourself in a year?
- I hope that it will be possible to restore the regime, find a good nanny. I want to work, return to ice shows, these emotions, impressions, skiing are very important to me. And grandmothers would be walked at this time with grandchildren, went with them to the theater, thrilled. Plans are simple and hopefully they will come true.
