Salad with tuna - Ideal for a diet

You will need:

- Salad leaves of different grades 100 gr;

- canned tuna (in oil or in its own juice) - 1 bank;

- 2 tomatoes;

- Leeks (or onions, or green) - 1 bulbs or white part of some kind.

For sauce "Vinaigrette":

- ¼ h. L. mustard;

- 1 tbsp. l. wine vinegar;

- ¼ h. L. sugar and salt;

- 1 tbsp. l. white wine;

- 2 tbsp. Spoons of olive oil "Virgen Extra";

- 1 t. L balsamic vinegar "Aceite Balsamico de Modena";

- Black pepper to taste (preferably freshly fat).

First make a refueling. Mustle mix with vinegar, add salt, sugar, balsamic vinegar and white wine. And only now pour olive oil and stir it.

Then in a salad bowl, put a salad of one or different varieties, onion, chopped with rings, tomatoes and a tuna from the jar. If you are not on a diet, you can add a couple of tablespoons of canned corn or / and solid cheese chopped by cubes. I sometimes add thin slices of raw champignons, in a salad dressing they are very tasty.

Now salt, pepper and fill with refueling. Before serving on the table, give a salad for 30 minutes to stand and soak.
